Navigating the Empower Network Compensation Plan
If you’ve been thinking about joining up to receive the 70% Empower Network commissions but have been scared away by a confusing Empower Network compensation plan video, you’re not the only one. From the outside, the Empower Network compensation plan looks a little confusing and can even seem a bit like a scam. From the inside, the money is rolling in so affiliates and members don’t often take the time to properly explain the pay plan to prospective members.
I’m going to fix that right now and explain the Empower Network comp plan for you.
The Empower Network Compensation Plan Explained
The “Empower Network comp plan” gets a little bit confusing when people use the exact terminology such as “Powerline” and the “Pass Up” system. Who wants to get passed up? In reality, these are just names that were probably coined by members who weren’t really thinking about recruiting, but rather communicating with one another fast enough so they didn’t lose out on any money.
But it’s pretty simple, really. Let’s start at the beginning.
Empower Network Compensation Plan Products
Here’s a look at the price points for the product line. Keep in mind that the comp plan says you get 70% commissions on all levels except the Masters Course, which only pays out a one-time commission of $3,000 (instead of 70% at $3,500):
- $25 per month residual for the Viral Blogging platform
- $100 per month residual for the Inner Circle membership
- $500 Top Producer Formula
- $1,000 Team Building Formula
- $3,500 Mass Influence Formula
How the Empower Network Compensation Plan Works
Now, in order to make your 70% commissions, you have to pay the nominal $19.95 affiliate fee, but after that it’s complete buybacks for your new sponsors on every level you invest into. This means that if you are a Viral Blogging System basic $25/month member but nothing else, every new recruit you bring into your downline (that just means you get them to sign up) your sponsor will earn a $25 per month residual if they also sign up for the Empower Network blogging platform. If they sign up at other levels like the Top Producer and the Team Building Formula, you don’t earn anything because you aren’t signed up for those as well. That payment goes up the recruitment line (i.e. the people who brought you in) until it hits someone who is a member at the same level, at which point they get your earnings. This is called the power line system in the EN comp plan.
So in short, you can only earn on levels you are a part of yourself. If you sign up for all five levels (the smartest thing to do for maximum residual income) and your downline member brings in a person who signs up for all five levels, you earn $3000+. On top of that, the 70% of $125 ($25 for the viral blog platform and $100 for the Inner Circle) recurs every single month. These commissions instantly go straight to your personal Global Payroll Gateway account. From your GPG account, you can send your earned commission money to any country in the world. How sweet is that?
As you can notice now, it’s really simple to make hundreds and/or thousands of dollars each day or month, simply by bringing in a new recruit (i.e. reselling the Empower Network products). Other Aspects of the Empower Network Comp Plan
So that’s the simple part. The next part comes with the “Pass Up” stage. This is simply a way to make sure that everyone stays hungry for success and that everyone eats (i.e. gets paid) for their efforts.
You pass up the commission from your 1st, 3rd, 5th sales and then every 5th sale after that. This means that after your 5th sale, you practically keep 70% of everything you make. The “powerline” sales commission goes up the line until it finds the member in the up-line who is signed up for the same level as the sale. Of course, all the people below you also pass up their 1st, 3rd and 5th sales and then every 5th sale after that.
With this winning and motivating formula, this is how you get your high commissions with Empower.

With these 70% commissions and the comp plan, you do not need to recruit an army of people to start earning some decent money. For me this was worth gold because when we joined we didn’t know if this was gonna work or not. Or how fast we would be making money with the Empower Network.
