Don't owe taxes? You may still qualify.
The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is a tax credit for people who have earned income in 2009 (FY 2010) under $49,00. A tax credit usually means more money in your pocket. It reduces the amount of tax you owe.
EITC may even result in a refund. Below are the specifics about EITC. You can also take an EITC questionnaire offered by BeehiveMiami.org that will help you determine whether you qualify for EITC.
